Apple announced it sold its one millionth iPhone 3G on Sunday, just three days after its Friday launch in 21 countries.

The original iPhone hit its one millionth sale 74 days after launch.

Notably, 39 percent of current iPhone buyers are primarily PC users, versus 25 percent of first-generation iPhone buyers.

What’s more, the anticipated App Store enjoyed over 10 million downloads for iPhone and iPod touch applications. My favorite so far is The New York TImes app. Nicely designed and doesn’t overwhelm as the web site does in Safari on iPhone.
